Order Processing & Delivery Timelines


At 15 No. Chawalwala, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and safely across India.
We dispatch orders through reputed courier partners like DTDC, Xpressbees and many more powered by Shiprocket.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can also connect with our Customer care number +91 8700647144 for the same.

1. Shipping timeline is:-

Delhi/NCR:  3–5 business days
Metro Cities:  5–7 business days
Rest of India:  5–7 business days
Note:- Delivery takes another 3-5 working days for Metro cities and 5-7 working days for Rest of India. 

*During festivals or high-volume periods, delivery may take an additional 3–5 working days depending on your location.

 

2. Shipping Charges

A) Free Shipping (Delhi NCR Only)

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,499 (valid only within Delhi NCR).

  • For orders below ₹2,499, standard charges of ₹299/- is applicable.

B) Weight-Based Shipping (Rest of India)

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on total parcel weight:

3. Packaging & Transit Responsibility
All orders are carefully packed under strict supervision. However, our liability ends once the parcel is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or breakage in transit, though we will assist you with tracking and resolution through the
courier, wherever possible.
Any additional local charges like Octroi, entry tax, or delivery surcharges are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can track shipment progress directly through the courier partner’s website.

5. Pricing & Product Availability
Prices, specifications, and availability of products listed on the website are subject to
change without prior notice. In case of festive delays, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events, delivery timelines may be extended. If you order something that’s out of stock or available on pre-order, don’t worry — we’ll personally update you with the dispatch date once your order is confirmed!

6. Delivery Issues & Undelivered Orders
If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the courier will make a second attempt. If still
undelivered, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, the refund will be processed
after deducting shipping and handling charges. For multi-product orders, items may be shipped separately based on availability. No extra charge will be applied.

7. Payment & Order Modifications
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made in advance
while placing the order.
Any changes in shipping address, contact details, or order items must be informed before
dispatch via Whatsapp (+91 8700647144) or emailing us at info@15chawalwala.com.
Once shipped, no modifications can be made.

8. Legal Disclaimer
Under no circumstances will 15 No. Chawalwala be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products
purchased.
All orders are dispatched along with a valid GST invoice, wherever applicable.
We are committed to delivering an excellent shopping experience, and your satisfaction is
our priority.

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the provided address is incomplete or the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability, the buyer may need to bear re-shipping charges.
